近邻高层建筑基坑开挖地质沉降雷达探测技术研究

Research on radar detection technology for geological settlement in foundation pit excavation of nearby high-rise buildings

摘要 在近邻高层建筑基坑开挖地质沉降雷达探测技术中,利用雷达探测技术发射与接收特定频率电磁波,结合已知波速计算目标体位置,依据雷达图像中反射波同相轴变化判别地质异常位置和形态。考虑地质异常对地质层位位移的影响,文章针对12 m厚土层建立地质模型,以准确计算地层位移。依据工程特点与环境条件,对基坑支护结构及周边建筑物进行严密监测,合理布设监测点,采用放入测斜仪探头、安装传感器、设置水位观测标记等方式,以准确掌握地质沉降情况。结果表明,建筑物沉降观测点沉降量均小于2.0 mm;地表沉降监测点沉降量在0.95~1.4 mm且变化平稳。该技术能精准捕捉沉降变化,保障基坑及周边安全。 In the radar detection technology for geological settlement in the excavation of foundation pits of nearby high-rise buildings,the radar detection technology is used to emit and receive electromagnetic waves of specific frequencies.The position of the target body is calculated in combination with the known wave velocity,and the location and shape of geological anomalies are identified based on the in-phase axis changes of the reflected waves in the radar image.Considering the influence of geological anomalies on the displacement of geological strata,a geological model was established for the 12-meter-thick soil layer to accurately calculate the stratum displacement.Based on the characteristics of the project and environmental conditions,the foundation pit support structure and surrounding buildings should be closely monitored.Monitoring points should be reasonably set up,and measures such as inserting inclinometer probes,installing sensors,and setting water level observation marks should be adopted to accurately grasp the geological settlement situation.The application results show that the settlement amounts at the observation points of building settlement are all less than 2.0 mm.The settlement amount at the surface settlement monitoring points ranged from 0.95 to 1.4 mm and changed steadily.This technology can accurately capture settlement changes and ensure the safety of the foundation pit and its surrounding areas.
