市政燃气管网力学性能退化规律研究

摘要 为探究市政燃气管网力学性能退化规律,通过Abaqus有限元模型,模拟分析地质沉降、温度变化及沉陷区宽度对埋地聚乙烯管道力学性能的影响。结果表明,温度升高导致管道最大Mises应力显著下降,当沉陷深度为2500mm时,温由-15℃升至30℃,应力降幅达16.59%,而管体偏移量随温度变化不显著;沉陷深度增加导致管道应力和偏移显著提升,沉陷深度增至2000mm时应力提升5.69%,沉陷宽度增至2600mm时偏移增加44.06%。 To explore the degradation law of mechanical properties of municipal gas pipeline networks,through the Abaqus finite element model,the influences of geological settlement,temperature changes and the width of the subsidence area on the mechanical properties of buried polyethylene pipelines were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the increase in temperature leads to a significant decrease in the maximum Mises stress of the pipeline.When the settlement depth is 2500mm and the temperature rises from-15℃to 30℃,the stress decrease reaches 16.59%,while the offset of the pipe body does not change significantly with the temperature.The increase in settlement depth leads to a significant increase in pipeline stress and offset.When the settlement depth increases to 2000mm,the stress increases by 5.69%,and when the settlement width increases to 2600mm,the offset increases by 44.06%.
