摘要
为提升高校本科教学质量管理的科学性与效率,文章针对学校目前的教学现状设计并实现了一套本科教学质量评价系统。通过构建“四维协同”评价模型,即学生评教、教师同行评价、督导过程性评价、管理决策支持,集成多源异构数据融合技术与AI智能分析引擎,有效提高评价数据向教学决策的转化效率,为高校构建“评价-反馈-改进”质量闭环提供可扩展的技术框架和数据分析基础。该系统的实践为高等教育数字化转型提供了创新样本,为新时代“以评促建、以评促改”的教育质量文化建设注入持续改进动力。
To enhance the scientific rigor and efficiency of undergraduate teaching quality management in universities,a comprehensive undergraduate teaching quality evaluation system has been designed and implemented based on the institution’s current educational landscape.By constructing a“four-dimensional collaborative”evaluation model—integrating student evaluations,peer reviews by faculty,supervisory process-based evaluations,and management decision support—the system incorporates multi-source heterogeneous data fusion technology and an AI-powered analytics engine.This significantly improves the conversion efficiency of evaluation data into actionable teaching decisions,providing universities with an expandable technical framework and data analysis foundation to establish a“evaluation-feedback-improvement”quality closed-loop.The implementation of this system offers an innovative paradigm for higher education digital transformation,injecting sustained momentum for improvement into the new era of educational quality culture characterized by“evaluation-driven development and evaluation-driven reform.”
