摘要
作为公共卫生服务体系的重要组成部分,妇幼保健机构承担着为妇女儿童提供健康服务的重要职能,其人力资源配置的公平性直接影响服务可及性和健康公平。本文通过文献检索,将近年来我国妇幼保健机构卫生人力资源配置状况及公平性研究内容进行综述,旨在为优化妇幼保健机构人力资源分配、促进服务公平性探索可行路径。
As an important component of the public health service system,maternal and child health(MCH)institutions bear a crucial function of providing health services for women and children.The equity of health human resource allocation in MCH institutions directly affects the service accessibility and health equity.This article reviews the research on the allocation status and equity of health human resources in MCH institutions in China in recent years through literature review.The aim is to explore feasible pathways for optimizing the allocation of human resources in MCH institutions and promoting service equity.
