摘要
本文以婴幼儿配方奶粉为研究对象,探究了维生素C(抗坏血酸)对关键营养成分及质量指标检测的干扰机制。研究发现,维生素C在亚硝酸盐、过氧化值、胆碱及碘元素等指标的检测过程中,通过干扰衍生化反应等途径,对检测结果产生显著影响。基于多年检测实践经验和国内外相关研究进展,本文对现有检测方法进行了全面综述,并针对性地提出了对检测标准方法进行优化的建议,以期为完善婴幼儿配方奶粉的食品安全检测标准提供理论依据和技术参考。
This study focuses on infant formula milk powder as the research subject,systematically investigating the interference mechanism of vitamin C(ascorbic acid)on the detection of key nutritional components and quality indicators.The research reveals that vitamin C significantly affects the detection results of nitrite,peroxide value,choline,and iodine through pathways such as interfering with derivatization reactions during the detection process.Based on years of practical testing experience and advancements in related research both domestically and internationally,this paper provides a comprehensive review of existing detection methods and proposes targeted optimization suggestions for standard detection methods.The aim is to offer theoretical foundations and technical references for improving the food safety detection standards of infant formula milk powder.
