摘要
通过吸收光谱曲线法确定VC的水溶液的最大吸收波长为267nm,进而通过工作曲线法快速测定蔬菜水果中VC的含量,本方法与常规方法比较,具有快速、准确、简便、试剂易得等优点。
The author first determine that vitamin C water-soluble fluid biggest absorption wave length is 267 nm through the absorption spectrum curve method, then with the working curve method, the vitamin C content in vegetables and fruits can be tested quickly. The results of testing indicate that the method has the merits of quick, simple, accurate, facile reagent and etc in comparison to conventional one.
