摘要
本文介绍了一种基于塑料闪烁体与硅光电倍增器(sipm)的新型γ辐射探测模块。该模块小型化和便于组合的设计,满足了核电厂γ表面污染测量装置的探测器标准化需求。模块具有良好的抗电磁场干扰、环境适应性以及可维护性,还具备单个探测器故障诊断功能及位置灵敏探测能力。原理样机测试结果表明:在高温(60℃)和高湿(95%RH)环境下,该模块能够长期稳定运行,表面效率为51.2%,能够满足使用需求。
This paper introduces a novelγ-radiation detection module based on plastic scintillators and silicon photomultipliers(SiPM).The miniaturized and easy-to-combine design of this module meets the requirements for detector standardization in theγ-surface contamination measurement devices of nuclear power plants.This module features excellent resistance to electromagnetic field interference,good environmental adaptability,and high maintainability.It also has the functions of single-detector fault diagnosis and position-sensitive detection capabilities.The test results of the principle prototype show that in high-temperature(60℃)and high-humidity(95%RH)environments,this module can operate stably for a long time.With a surface efficiency of 51.2%,it can meet the application requirements.
