摘要
[目的]探讨某医学院校定向生心理健康状况,为有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供理论依据。[方法]采取方便抽样方法,共选取两组调查对象,一组为两个年级的定向生共160人,另一组为非定向生共160人,在心理工作人员指导下进行SCL-90测试。[结果]定向生SCL-90抑郁(t=2.15,P<0.01)、强迫(t=2.75,P<0.01)和焦虑(t=2.26,P<0.01)的因子分高于非定向生,差异有统计学意义;大二定向生抑郁(t=-2.29,P<0.05)、人际关系敏感(t=-1.99,P<0.05)和偏执(t=-2.09,P<0.05)的因子分高于大一定向生,差异有统计学意义。[结论]定向生的心理健康状况不容忽视,应采取有效措施提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To discuss the largeted-area students mental health status of a medical college so as to provide theoretical basis for developing targeted mental health education. Methods Selected two groups respondents by convenience sampling method, one group was 160 targeted-area students of two grades, and another was 160 general students. All of the students were tested by scl-90. Results There were statistics significant differences in depression (t=2.15, P〈0.01),coercion (t=2.75, P〈0.01 ) and anxiety(t=2.26, P〈0.01) of targeted-area students. There were statistics significant differences in depression(t=-2.29, P〈0.05),interpersonal sensitivity (t=-1.99, P〈0.05) and paranoid ideation(t=2.09, P〈0.05) of grade 2 targeted-area students. The score was higher than grade ones. Conclusions The targeted-area students' mental health can not be ignored, we should carry out effective measures to improve their mental health level.
