摘要
从“大党”“强党”“执政党”这三个构成要素出发,考察长期执政的马克思主义政党基本历程与经验,中国共产党正是围绕着对“大党”“强党”“执政党”的形塑、锻造和确认,构成了自身长期执政的基本内容,并经历了初步探索、进一步巩固、改革发展和创新推进四个历史阶段。在党的奋斗历程之中,形成了建设长期执政的马克思主义政党的宝贵经验:必须紧紧围绕党的中心任务谋划和部署工作;必须坚持阶级性和群众性的统一;必须勇于推进党的自我革命;必须始终牢记初心和使命。这些宝贵经验对于新时代新征程中国共产党继续巩固长期执政地位,具有重要借鉴意义。
Starting from the three constituent elements of“Large Party”,“Strong Party”,and“Ruling Party”,this paper examines the fundamental course and experiences of building a long-term ruling Marxist political party.The CPC has shaped,forged,and affirmed its long-term ruling position around the concepts of“Large Party”,“Strong Party”,and“Ruling Party”,which form the core of its long-term governance.The CPC has gone through four historical stages:initial exploration,further consolidation,reform and development,and innovative advancement.Throughout the extraordinary struggles,the CPC has gained valuable experiences in building a long-term ruling Marxist political party:it must closely align work planning and deployment with central tasks of the CPC;it must maintain the unity of class and mass;it must boldly promote self-revolution within the CPC;and it must know its original mission and purpose.These valuable experiences hold significant reference value for the CPC in consolidating its long-term ruling position in the new era and on the new journey.
