摘要
一个强有力的政党一定是为政治行动而组织起来的具有团结一致性和内聚力的集团,一定是以人民大众为号召对象,并且能够通过有效的组织与群众联系在一起,对群众实现了充分动员的集团。政党的本质说到底是组织群众支持的工具。一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,密切联系群众而不脱离群众才是政党力量之源泉。
A powerful political party must be a group organized for political acts and for possessing solidarity and a cohesive force, a group, which must take the masses of people as the object of her appeal and must be able to get untied with the masses and realize a sufficient mobilization in the midst of the masses by way of an effective organization.The essence of a political party is a tool for soliciting the support of the masses in the last analysis. That all are for the masses, all depend on the masses and maintain close ties with the masses instead of cutting itself off from them is the source of strength of a political party.
