数字素养驱动农村电商“最后一公里”的作用机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 数字乡村的发展与数字经济建设紧密相连,利用数字电商的迅猛进步,积极塑造数字经济的新生态,是加速推进乡村振兴进程的关键因素。基于2020年中国乡村振兴综合调查(CRRS)数据,采用OLS模型分析了数字素养对农村电商的影响与作用机制。研究发现,数字素养能显著促进农户采纳农村电商,通过稳健性检验后基准回归结果依然成立;提升数字素养可以通过优化资本配置促进农户采纳农村电商;数字素养显著提高男性、高学历农户对农村电商的促进作用。据此,建议从3个方面入手,一是建立健全的基础设施建设,二是培育新型农民、提高农户数字素养,三是强化农村电商全产业链的薄弱环节,全面增强抵御风险的能力。 The development of digital rural areas is closely related to the construction of digital economy.Utilizing the rapid progress of digital e-commerce and actively shaping a new ecology of digital economy is a key factor in accelerating the process of rural revitalization.Based on the 2020 China Rural Revitalization Comprehensive Survey(CRRS)data,the OLS model was used to analyze the impact and mechanism of digital literacy on rural e-commerce.Research has found that digital literacy can significantly promote farmers’adoption of rural e-commerce,and the benchmark regression results still hold true after robustness testing;improving digital literacy can promote farmers’adoption of rural e-commerce by optimizing capital allocation;digital literacy significantly enhances the promotion of rural e-commerce by male and highly educated farmers.Based on this,it is suggested to start from three aspects:first,establish a sound infrastructure construction;second,cultivate new types of farmers and improve their digital literacy;third,strengthen the weak links in the entire rural e-commerce industry chain and comprehensively enhance the ability to resist risks.
