MVR耦合组合工艺在磷酸铁生产废水中的应用

摘要 针对磷酸铁废水零排放处理回收过程中产生的高盐废水,采用了高效节能的MVR耦合组合工艺进行蒸发结晶处理,对MVR耦合组合蒸发结晶工艺过程进行了阐述,并提供了相关的能耗分析。结果表明MVR耦合组合工艺能够良好的处理磷酸铁生产废水零排放处理回收过程中产生的高盐废水,系统设备运行,而且能耗成本较常规单体MVR或传统多效蒸发器显著降低。 For the high salt wastewater from the production of zero discharge treatment technology for ferric phosphate production wastewater,MVR Coupling combination process were used to treat the wastewater,the evaporation crystallization process was expounded,and the actual operation data and related energy consumption analysis were provided.The results showed that MVR Coupling combination process can well treat the high salt wastewater from the production of zero discharge treatment technology for ferric phosphate production wastewater,and the energy consumption cost was significantly lower than the single MVR and the conventional multi effect evaporator.
