Application of Mechanical Vapor Recompression on Zero Discharge and Resource of Mine Water

摘要 以鄂尔多斯某煤化工厂内蒸汽机械再压缩(MVR)系统为研究对象,考察了压缩比和进料温度对运行成本和水质的影响,并对比了MVR系统与蒸发系统的运行成本与应用效果。通过试验表明,本项目MVR系统在压缩比为4的操作条件下吨水运行成本最低;进料温度对运行成本影响较小;MVR系统的浓缩效果和运行成本要优于蒸发系统。因此,MVR技术在矿井水零排放和资源化中有广泛的应用前景。 Mechanical vapor recompression(MVR) technique was carried out in coal chemical engineering factory in Erdos. The effect of concentration ratio and the feeding temperature on running cost and water quality was investigated, and the running effect and cost were compared to evaporation technique. Experimental results indicate that the running cost is the lowest under the condition of the concentration ratio is 4. The feeding temperature has little effect on running cost. In addition, the running cost and effect of the MVR technique was better than those of the evaporation technique.Consequently, the MVR technique has widely application prospect in mine water zero discharge and resource.
