摘要
环氧树脂是一种典型的热固性聚合物,其性能主要由聚合反应形成的网络结构决定,在聚合过程中采用不同的固化剂,可以得到性能多样的环氧树脂材料,使其具有了出色的热机械性能、良好的耐热性和耐化学性、低密度以及对多种基材的高粘附性。微孔发泡是塑料制品轻量化和功能化的主要途径之一,特别是近年对轻质高性能材料需求的增加,环氧发泡材料的研究得到了广泛关注。环氧发泡材料是在环氧树脂和固化剂为主体,在发泡过程中添加发泡剂,形成的具有保温隔热、轻质高强等特性的复合材料。环氧发泡材料因其优异的物理和化学特性,在航空航天、汽车、建筑、电子和体育等领域展现出广阔的前景。综述了环氧发泡材料的研究背景、制备技术、性能研究进展。
Epoxy resin is a typical thermosetting polymer,and its properties are primarily determined by the network structure formed through the polymerization reaction.During the polymerization process,different curing agents can be employed to obtain epoxy resin materials with diverse properties,endowing them with excellent thermomechanical properties,good heat and chemical resistance,low density,and high adhesion to various substrates.Microcellular foaming is one of the main approaches for the lightweighting and functionalization of plastic products.Especially with the increasing demand for lightweight and high-performance materials in recent years,research on epoxy foam materials has attracted extensive attention.Epoxy foam materials are composite materials mainly composed of epoxy resin and curing agents,with foaming agents added during the foaming process,which exhibit characteristics such as thermal insulation,light weight and high strength.Due to their excellent physical and chemical properties,epoxy foam materials show broad prospects in fields such as aerospace,automotive,construction,electronics and sports.The research background,preparation technologies,and progress on performance research of epoxy foam materials were reviewed.
