摘要
随着职场性别结构的多元化,传统办公建筑设计已难以满足女性在空间使用上的多样性需求。文章基于“她视角”展开研究,结合理论与实践基础,选取具有代表性的女性办公空间案例,深入探讨女性在职场中的空间行为与心理感受。研究首先梳理了“她视角”下办公建筑设计的关键要素,聚焦于营造包容化空间、满足女性特殊生理与心理需求,以及提升女性在办公场所中的安全感。随后,文章提出一套具有系统性的设计策略,包括构建性别敏感设计流程、优化空间动线、提升归属感与安全感的建筑语言,并在可持续理念指引下,提出包容性设计的普适原则。研究旨在推动办公建筑从“中性功能”向“性别友好”的人本关怀转型,为打造更具多样性与公平性的工作环境提供理论支持与实践路径。
With increasing gender diversity in the workplace,traditional office building design has become insufficient to meet the varied spatial needs of female users.This study,based on a"Her Perspective",combines theoretical analysis with practical case studies of representative female-oriented office spaces to explore women's spatial behaviors and psychological perceptions at work.First,the research identifies the key elements of office building design from a"Her Perspective",focusing on creating inclusive spaces,addressing women's specific physiological and psychological requirements,and enhancing their sense of safety in the workplace.Subsequently,the study proposes a systematic set of design strategies,including the development of gender-sensitive design processes,the optimization of spatial circulation,the application of architectural language to foster a sense of belonging and security,and general principles for inclusive design under the guidance of sustainability.This research aims to promote the transformation of office buildings from"gender-neutral functionality"to"gender-friendly human-centered care",providing both theoretical support and practical approaches for creating more diverse and equitable work environments.
