摘要
当下,我国城市建设进入到有机更新阶段,其中社区作为城市更新的基本细胞承担着重要的角色,然而动力匮乏、同质化严重等问题频现。以健康城市为背景,提出运动空间作为社区更新的赋能手段,并进行了中外城市与社区相关历史发展阶段的比较分析;发现了当下社区更新公众参与不足、类型的地域度尚浅、功能空间植入不合理和效率较低、治理模式老旧等相关问题。在此基础上,探讨对我国社区更新与运动赋能二者之间的平衡,重构从物质空间建设转向人本关怀、多元空间的本我建构、功能织补、效率提升等策略,为助力我国“十五五”城市建设的高质量发展提供思考。
At present,China's urban construction has entered the stage of organic renewal.Among them,the community,as the basic unit of urban renewal,plays a crucial role.However,problems such as a lack of motivation and severe homogenization frequently occur.Against the backdrop of"healthy cities,"this paper proposes that sports spaces can serve as an enabling means for community renewal and conducts a comparative analysis of the relevant historical development stages of cities and communities at home and abroad.It has identified issues such as insufficient public participation in current community renewal,a shallow degree of regionalization in types,unreasonable implantation of functional spaces,low efficiency,and outdated governance models.On this basis,it explores the balance between community renewal and sports empowerment in China,and reconstructs strategies such as shifting from physical space construction to humanistic care,constructing the self of diverse spaces,mending functions,and improving efficiency.These efforts aim to provide insights for promoting the high-quality development of China's urban construction during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
