摘要
从“藏”出发,以脏腑理论为基础,结合中医古籍对“肝主藏血”的描述、阐释,从生理与病理角度阐释“肝主藏血”的科学内涵及现代演绎;分析“肝主藏血”研究成果在肝脏系统疾病治疗中的应用。旨在深化对中医经典理论的理解,也为中西医结合防治肝脏、血液相关病症研究提供新思路与理论支撑。“肝主藏血”理论是中医藏象学说的重要内容,其理论内涵是指肝脏具有贮藏血液、调节血量以及防止出血的功能。从现代医学角度演绎“肝主藏血”理论,生理上与肝脏合成凝血因子、维持血液稳定等功能相契合;病理方面,肝脏疾病如肝硬化常伴随凝血功能障碍、贫血等症状,与“肝不藏血”理论中肝脏功能受损影响血液系统正常功能的情况相符。许多疏肝解郁、补益肝血类中药可调节肝脏功能,改善血液系统异常状态,也侧面印证了“肝主藏血”的理论内涵。
The theory of“Liver Governing Blood Storage”is a pivotal component of the Zangxiang doctrine in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Zang-Fu organ theory.This article conducts an in-depth discussion from the perspective of"Liver Governing Blood Storage"to enhance the comprehensive understanding of this theory,thereby providing insights for the treatment of liver diseases and the development of therapeutic agents.The theoretical connotation encompasses the liver's functions in blood storage,blood volume regulation,and hemorrhage prevention.From a modern physiological perspective,this theory aligns with the liver's roles in synthesizing coagulation factors and maintaining hemostatic stability.Pathologically,hepatic pathologies such as cirrhosis are frequently accompanied by coagulation disorders,anemia,and other hematological abnormalities,which correspond to the TCM concept of impaired blood regulation due to liver dysfunction.Pharmacological studies further validate this theory,demonstrating that herbal medicines with liver-soothing,depression-relieving,and blood-tonifying properties can modulate hepatic functions and ameliorate hematological abnormalities.This paper begins with the concept of"storage",rooted in visceral theory,and systematically elucidates the scientific essence and modern interpretation of"Liver Governing Blood Storage"by integrating classical TCM texts with contemporary literature from physiological and pathological viewpoints.Additionally,it explores the application of this theory in treating hepatic system disorders.The findings aim to deepen the comprehension of classical TCM theories and provide novel perspectives for integrated Chinese-Western medicine in liver disease prevention,hematological disorder research,and therapeutic innovation.
