摘要
目的:探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的临床效果及对患者血清D-二聚体的影响.方法:选取2015年2月—2017年2月我院收治的168例下肢血栓性静脉炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各84例.两组均给予基础常规护理治疗,对照组给予低分子肝素(85 IU/kg,皮下注射,bid)治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予丹参川芎注射液(10 mL,加入250 mL10% 葡萄糖注射液中,静脉滴注,qd)治疗.比较两组临床症状表现和血清D-二聚体的变化.结果:治疗组总有效率为96.4%,高于对照组的77.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组下肢周径变小、颜色变浅、异样感消失、活动后不适感消失或减轻率均高于对照组,症状无变化率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组D-二聚体水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗下肢血栓性浅表静脉炎的效果显著,可明显降低患者 D- 二聚体水平,改善临床症状,减轻栓塞、感染等发生风险.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection on superficial thrombophlebitis of lower extremities and its effect on D-dimer in the patients.Methods:168 patients with lower extremity thrombophlebitis admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,84 cases each.The patients in the two groups were given basic conventional nursing treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin(85 IU/kg,subcutaneous injection,bid),and the patients in the treatment group were further treated with salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection(10 mL,added to 250 mL10%glucose injection,intravenous drip,qd).The changes in clinical symptoms and serum D-dimer were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.4%,which was higher than 77.4%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lower extremity circumference became smaller,the color became lighter,the sense of abnormality disappeared and the discomfort disappeared or alleviated after activity,and the improvement degree in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group and the rate of no change of symptoms was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of D-dimer in the treatment group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection has a good therapeutic effect on superficial thrombophlebitis of lower extremities,which can significantly reduce the level of D-dimer,improve clinical symptoms and reduce the risk of embolism and infections.
