基于岗位胜任力的公立医院人文素养评价指标体系探索

摘要 目的:探讨以岗位胜任力为导向的公立医院人文素养评价指标,构建多维度的公立医院人文素养评价指标体系,推动公立医院人文素养的建设和发展。方法:运用CRITIC赋值法确定指标权重,对公立医院人文素养评价指标进行重要性排序,并结合模糊综合评价法对指标体系进行分析。结果:公立医院人文素养评价指标体系包含6个一级指标、22个二级指标。一级指标包括人文知识、个人品质、人文理念、人文精神、人文能力、人文环境6个维度,权重分别为0.1718、0.1713、0.1540、0.1660、0.1737、0.1632。根据最大隶属度原则,公立医院人文素养“很重要”的隶属度为0.5006(最高值),相较于“重要”(隶属度为0.3176)、“一般”(隶属度为0.1328)、“不重要”(隶属度为0.0426)、“很不重要”(隶属度为0.0065),可评判公立医院的人文素养等级为“很重要”。结论:本研究构建的公立医院人文素养评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和可行性,能够对公立医院人文素养做出客观、全面的评价。 Objective:To explore a humanities literacy evaluation index for public hospitals guided by job competency,and to construct a multi-dimensional humanities literacy evaluation index system to promote the construction and development of humanities literacy in public hospitals.Methods:The CRITIC weighting method was used to determine the weight of each index and rank their importance.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was then applied to analyze the indicator system.Results:The humanities literacy evaluation index system for public hospitals includes 6 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators.The first-level indicators consist of six dimensions:humanities knowledge,personal qualities,humanities concepts,humanities spirit,humanities ability,and humanities environment,with weights of 0.1718,0.1713,0.1540,0.1660,0.1737,and 0.1632 respectively.Based on the maximum membership degree principle,the membership degree of“very important”for humanities literacy in public hospitals was 0.5006(the highest value),compared with“important”(0.3176),“average”(0.1328),“not important”(0.0426),and“very unimportant”(0.0065),indicating that the level of humanities literacy in public hospitals can be judged as“very important”.Conclusion:The evaluation index system for humanities literacy in public hospitals constructed in this study demonstrates good scientific validity and feasibility,enabling an objective and comprehensive evaluation of humanities literacy in public hospitals.
