基础操作点培训在临床医学本科生的四大穿刺操作教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨基础操作点(BOP)培训在临床医学本科生四大穿刺操作中的应用价值。方法选取2024年3月至2024年7月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院2021级临床医学本科生142名为研究对象,临床技能操作中四大穿刺操作为试点教学课程。试验班级采用BOP培训教学方法,对照班级采用传统教学方法,在结课后,对两组学生进行理论和四大穿刺临床技能考核及评估。结果对比试验组和对照组学生客观结构化临床考试综合考试和理论考核成绩,前者得分均高于后者(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组经过对BOP的学习,学生操作关键点得分、沟通和人文能力得分均显著提高(P<0.05)。结论BOP培训可提升医学生的临床操作技能,在培养医学生的临床思维、沟通和人文关怀能力方面可发挥积极作用。 Objective To explore the application and effect evaluation of basic operation point(BOP)training in clinical medicine undergraduates.Methods From March 2024 to July 2024,142 clinical medical undergraduates of 2021 grade in The Fourth Clinical Medical College of Harbin Medical University were taken as the research object,and the four major puncture operations in clinical skill operation were taken as the pilot teaching courses.The trial class adopted the BOP training teaching method,and the control class adopted the traditional teaching method.After the end of the class,the students in the two classes were assessed and evaluated for theory and four puncture clinical skills.Results Compared with the trial class and the control class students objective structured clinical examination comprehensive test scores and theoretical assessment,the former scores were higher than the latter(P<0.05).Compared with the control class,the trial class after learning the basic operation point,the students’operation key point score,communication and humanistic ability score were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions BOP training can improve the clinical operation skills of medical students,and promote the cultivation of clinical thinking ability,communication and humanistic ability.
