摘要
针对蓄电池单轨吊司机室在煤矿井下运输作业中的安全性与舒适性的需求,本文对华阳集团开元公司在用的DX120/54P型蓄电池单轨吊的司机室进行了结构设计及强度分析。结合人机工程学的统计数据,对司机室的内部尺寸进行了详细设计,对座椅、脚踏板、操作杆、控制按钮的位置进行合理布置,对重要部件折叠悬梯、减震装置、制动装进行选型设计,以保证司机人员的安全性和舒适性;建立司机室框架的三维模型,对其进行有限元仿真模拟,通过应力云图,找到其薄弱环节,并进行优化。井下实践应用表明,该司机室在安全性、舒适性、经济性方面均达到理想效果。
In view of the safety and comfort requirements of the battery monorail crane driver's cab in the coal mine underground transportation operation,this paper carried out the structural design and strength analysis of the DX120/54P battery monorail crane driver's cab used by Kaiyuan Company of Huayang Group.Combined with the statistical data of ergonomics,the internal dimensions of the driver's cab are designed in detail.The positions of the seat,the pedal,the operating rod and the control button are reasonably arranged.The important parts of the folding ladder,the damping device and the brake are selected and designed to ensure the safety and comfort of the driver.The three-dimensional model of the cab frame is established,and the finite element simulation is carried out.Through the stress cloud diagram,the weak links are found and optimized.The underground practical application shows that the driver's cab has achieved ideal results in terms of safety,comfort and economy.
