摘要
本文针对华阳集团一矿阳坡堰压缩空气站因工作面延伸及井下风动工具设备增加导致的供风不足问题,提出了改造设计方案。通过研究分析和选型计算,拆除现有5台DLG-GF40/0.8型单螺杆空气压缩机,重新安装了5台SCR375H-10型螺杆式空气压缩机,并对供配电系统进行核算,确保新设备满足生产需求。改造后,压缩空气站最大供气量提升至244 m3/min,满足矿井正常生产需要。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient air supply caused by the extension of working face and the increase of underground pneumatic tools and equipment in Yangpoyan compressed air station of No.1 Coal Mine of Huayang Group,this paper puts forward the transformation design scheme.Through research analysis and selection calculation,the existing five DLG-GF40/0.8 single screw air compressors were dismantled,and five SCR375H-10 screw air compressors were re-installed,and the power supply and distribution system was calculated to ensure that the new equipment meets the production needs.After the transformation,the maximum air supply capacity of the compressed air station is increased to 244 m3/min,which meets the normal production needs of the mine.
