摘要
采用高温高压烧结工艺,制备了氮化钛/立方氮化硼(TiN/CBN)材料,并对聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)刀具切削G20Cr2Ni4A材料的技术进行了探讨。结果表明:氮化钛(TiN)与立方氮化硼(CBN)颗粒有较好的亲和性;TiN/CBN复合材料的烧结致密性较好;用含20%TiN的TiN/CBN材料制备的PCBN刀具,切削低碳合金钢的性能优良,使用寿命长,被加工工件的表面粗糙度Rz≤8.3μm,且其在TiN含量为10%、20%、30%的三种PCBN刀具中是被加工工件尺寸波动最小的,与合适工艺配合的情况下加工效率更高、成本更低,更适用于G20Cr2Ni4A等淬火钢和高温合金材料的加工,能够满足汽车、航空航天、模具等行业的高精度硬切削需求。
This paper explores the preparation of TiN/CBN(titanium nitride/cubic boron nitride)material and its cutting G20Cr2Ni4A technology through high-pressure and high-temperature sintering manufacturing process,and the results show that:TiN can have good affinity with CBN particles,and the sintering densities are good;TiN/CBN material cutting low carbon alloy steel has excellent performance,of which the content of about 2o%TiN prepared PCBN(Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride)long tool life,the surface roughness of the processed material Rz≤8.3μm,Among the three types of PCBN tools with TiN contents of 10%,20%and 30%,the size fluctuation of the workpiece is the smallest,and with the appropriate process is more suitable for hardened steel and high temperature alloys such as G20Cr2Ni4A,it can significantly improve the factory's machining efficiency and tooling economy to meet the automotive,aerospace,mold and other industries,highprecision hard cutting needs.
