重载齿轮轴感应淬火技术的分析

摘要 重载齿轮轴的生产应用低碳合金钢18Cr2Ni4WA材料和表面渗碳整体淬火热处理工艺,结合当前制造问题,可借助渗碳、调质及感应淬火技术,提高齿轮轴质量。为此,先进行感应淬火技术的概述并提出试验方案;然后改变电流频率感应淬火参数,研究参数变化对齿轮轴齿根硬度、齿心部硬度、表面硬度、硬度梯度、金相组织等方面的影响;最后经过数据统计和分析,在3号试验参数的设计中,齿轮轴的各项指标均满足性能要求,可为低碳合金钢材料的齿轮生产,提供热处理的经验。 For the production of heavy-duty gear shafts,the application of low carbon alloy steel 18Cr2Ni4WA material and surface carburising whole quenching heat treatment process,combined with the current manufacturing problems,can improve the quality of gear shafts with the help of carburising,tempering and induction quenching technology.To this end,an overview of induction hardening technology will be given and a test programme will be proposed.Then we will change the current frequency induction hardening parameters,and study the effect of parameter changes on the gear shaft tooth root hardness,tooth heart hardness,surface hardness,hardness gradient,metallurgical organisation and other aspects.Finally,after the data statistics and analysis,in the design of the No.3 test parameters,all the indexes of the gear shaft meet the performance requirements,which can provide heat treatment experience for the production of gears made of low-carbon alloy steel materials.
