摘要
數字孿生技術作為一種新興的虛擬模型技術,近年來在製造業中迅速發展,其在運動裝備製造中的應用潛力日益受到關注。本研究通過文獻回顧,系統探討數字孿生技術在運動裝備製造(包括運動鞋、護具與球拍等)中的應用現狀、益處與挑戰。研究發現,數字孿生技術在設計階段可模擬產品性能,減少實體原型需求;在生產階段能實時監控流程,提升效率與質量;在維護階段則支援預測性維護,延長產品壽命。這些優勢顯著提高了設計效率、產品性能與用戶體驗,特別是在滿足高性能要求與個性化需求的運動裝備製造中。然而,技術應用仍面臨高昂的初始投資、數據安全風險與標準化不足等挑戰。本研究為學術界與產業界提供了理論基礎與實務參考,強調未來需深化技術整合、標準化進程與跨學科合作,以推動數字孿生技術在運動裝備製造中的廣泛應用。
Digital twin technology,an innovative virtual modeling approach,has gained significant traction in manufacturing,with growing potential in sports equipment manufacturing.This study conducts a systematic literature review to explore the current applications,benefits,and challenges of digital twin technology in the production of sports equipment,such as athletic shoes,protective gear,and rackets.Findings indicate that digital twins enable performance simulation in the design phase,reducing the need for physical prototypes;facilitate real-time process monitoring in production,enhancing efficiency and quality;and support predictive maintenance,extending product lifespan.These advantages significantly improve design efficiency,product performance,and user experience,particularly in meeting high-performance and personalized demands in sports equipment manufacturing.However,challenges such as high initial investment,data security risks,and lack of standardization persist.This study provides a theoretical and practical foundation for academia and industry,highlighting the need for further integration with technologies like AI,standardization efforts,and interdisciplinary collaboration to advance the adoption of digital twins in sports equipment manufacturing.
