摘要
体育产业是发展新质生产力的重要阵地和重要场景。研究认为,体育产业新质生产力是在科技迭代、消费升级和经济结构转型的大背景下,体育产业领域内涌现的一种新型生产能力体系。它以创新为核心驱动力,通过数字化转型和跨界融合,重塑产业价值链,推动产业升级和高质量发展,从而提升体育产业的整体效能和可持续竞争力。其培育的战略要点在于体育人才培养、体育科技创新、数字体育发展、现代体育产业体系构建、生产关系变革五大方面。其培育的突破难点在于化解阻碍体育产业新质生产力形成的结构性障碍,加强体育源头技术的有效供给能力,生成并发挥数据新质生产力的作用,推动传统体育制造业和服务业转型升级,以及营造体育产业新质生产力形成的优质环境。因此,优化体育产业人才培养模式、实现体育科技自立自强、培育体育数据要素市场、构建现代体育产业体系和优化体育产业发展环境是生成体育产业新质生产力的关键路径。
The sports industry serves as a critical arena and scenario for developing new quality productive forces.This study posits that new quality productive forces in the sports industry represent an emerging production capacity system arising under the macro context of technological iteration,consumption upgrading,and economic structural transformation.Driven by innovation as its core engine,this system reshapes industrial value chains through digital transformation and cross-sector integration,propelling industrial upgrading and high-quality development,thereby enhancing the sports industry's overall efficiency and sustainable competitiveness.The strategic priorities for its cultivation lie in five key dimensions:talent development in sports,sports technology innovation,digital sports advancement,construction of a modern sports industry ecosystem,and transformation of production relations.The breakthrough challenges involve addressing structural barriers hindering the formation of these new productive forces,strengthening the effective supply capacity of foundational sports technologies,activating the role of data as a new quality productive force,facilitating the transformation and upgrading of traditional sports manufacturing and service sectors,and fostering an enabling environment for their evolution.Consequently,critical pathways to generate these forces include:optimizing talent cultivation models in sports,achieving self-reliance in sports technology,nurturing sports data factor markets,building a modern sports industry ecosystem,and refining the institutional environment for sports industry development.
