摘要
原发性肝癌是全球范围内极具挑战性的恶性肿瘤,在我国其发病率和死亡率均居高不下,已成为危害公众健康的重大疾病负担。尽管手术切除、肝移植、介入治疗、靶向药物及免疫治疗等现代医学手段不断发展,但原发性肝癌患者的5年生存率仍不理想,且治疗过程中易出现肿瘤复发、转移以及耐药等问题,一定程度上制约了治疗效果的提升。本文旨在探讨养阴扶正解毒法通过调节免疫微环境治疗原发性肝癌的作用机制及临床疗效,以期为相关人员提供有益的参考。
Primary liver cancer is a challenging malignant tumor worldwide.Its incidence rate and mortality are high in China,and it has become a major disease burden endangering public health.Despite the continuous development of modern medical methods such as surgical resection,liver transplantation,interventional therapy,targeted drugs,and immunotherapy,the 5-year survival rate of patients with primary liver cancer is still not ideal,and problems such as tumor recurrence,metastasis,and drug resistance are prone to occur during the treatment process,which to some extent restricts the improvement of treatment effectiveness.This article aims to explore the mechanism and clinical efficacy of the nourishing yin,strengthening the body,and detoxifying method in treating primary liver cancer by regulating the immune microenvironment,in order to provide useful reference for relevant personnel.
