摘要
邓中甲教授从事肿瘤病的防治工作40余年,尤其对肝癌的中医治疗积累了大量宝贵的经验,作者对其临床治疗肝癌的临床辨证及用药经验进行剖析讨论,通过临床资料收集整理与文献查阅,对其治疗肝癌经验进行分析,探讨其机制。对邓中甲教授临床治疗肝癌经验进行了较全面总结和概括,确定了邓师在肝癌40余年的临床防治工作中辨证及用药特点。邓师治疗肝癌,强调辨证论治,重视调治脾胃,疏肝理气,培补气阴,尤善使用药对,验之屡见有效。
Professor Deng Zhong-jia has more than forty years in protecting and curing cancers,and he has especially accumulated lots of valuable experience in curing liver cancer by TCM.This paper is mainly to analyze the experiences of Professor Deng Zhong-jia＇s experience in curing the liver cancer from the point of the aspects of his clinical syndrome differentiation and medical prescription.Cure paitients while following Professor Deng Zhong-jia and analyze his experience to get the principles in curing liver cancers by means of data collection and documents consultion.We have a relatively comprehensive summing up and summary of Professor Deng Zhong-jia＇s experience in curing liver cancer.The characters of the clinical syndrome differentiation and medical prescription in Deng Zhong-jia＇s curing liver cancers for more than 40 years are verified.Professor Deng emphasizes on the dialectical treatment,smoothing liver and regulating qi and tonifying qi and yin,especially in being good at using traditional Chinese medicine herbs matching,which result in good clinical referened value.
