摘要
构建中国检察学自主知识体系,是发展中国特色检察学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系、教材体系的必由之路,是培养高素质检察法治人才的现实需要,是推动检察工作现代化的必然要求。本文以习近平法治思想为指导,以习近平总书记关于以标识性概念和原创性理论为主干构建中国哲学社会科学各学科自主知识体系的重要论述和明确指示为根本遵循和科学方法,立足检察工作现代化和中国特色检察学学科建设的实际,在中国哲学社会科学的总体格局和中国法学自主知识体系的总体框架内,依次论述了构建中国检察学自主知识体系的宏观背景和重大意义、中国检察学自主知识体系的理论构成、构建中国检察学自主知识体系的科学方法和关键抓手。
Constructing an independent knowledge system of Chinese procuratorial studies is the essential path for developing a disciplinary system,academic system,discourse system,and textbook system with Chinese characteristics in the field of procuratorial studies.It is a realistic requirement for cultivating high-caliber procuratorial legal professionals and a necessary condition for promoting the modernization of procuratorial work.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,this article follows the important discourses and explicit directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding the construction of independent knowledge systems across disciplines in Chinese philosophy and social sciences-centered on emblematic concepts and original theories-as the fundamental methodology.Based on the practical realities of procuratorial work and the development of procuratorial studies with Chinese characteristics,and within the overall framework of China's philosophy and social sciences and the broader system of independent legal knowledge in China,the article sequentially discusses:the macro context and great significance of constructing an independent knowledge system of Chinese procuratorial studies;its theoretical components;and the scientific approaches and key strategies necessary for its construction.
