院校融合视域下以胜任力为导向教学模式在护理师资培训中的应用价值

摘要 目的探究基于院校融合视域的以胜任力为导向的教学模式在临床护理师资培训中的应用价值。方法选取2024年1月-2024年12月于我院接受护理师资培训的171名学员开展研究。将其以信封法随机分为A组(n=85)及B组(n=86)。B组开展常规教学,A组则开展基于院校融合视域的以胜任力为导向的教学。对比两组理论知识、技能操作考核成绩、教学能力以及培训认可度。结果在理论知识与技能操作考核成绩方面对比,两组培训后较培训前均更高,且A组较B组更高(均P<0.05)。在教学能力各维度评分及总分方面对比,A组较B组更高(均P<0.05)。在培训内容具有实用性、培训内容具有前沿性、培训内容可满足学习需求、促进观念与思维改变、对自身具有启发与帮助方面对比,A组较B组均更高(均P<0.05)。结论基于院校融合视域的以胜任力为导向的教学模式应用于临床护理师资培训中的效果较佳,尤其是在提升考核成绩、教学能力以及培训认可度方面展现出独特优势。 Objective To study and analyze the application value of competency-based teaching model in clinical nursing teacher training based on the integration perspective of colleges and universities.Methods A total of 171 nursing teacher trainees who received nursing teacher training in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for this study.They were randomly divided into group A(n=85)and group B(n=86)by envelope method.Group B carried out regular teaching and group A carried out competency-based teaching based on the perspective of institutional integration.Compare the two groups of theoretical knowledge and skill operation test results,teaching ability,training recognition.Results In terms of the test scores of theoretical knowledge and skill operation,both groups were higher after training than before training,and group A was higher than group B(allP<0.05).Compared with group B,group A had higher scores and total scores in all dimensions of teaching ability(allP<0.05).Compared with group B,group A was higher in the aspects of practical training content,cutting-edge training content,training content can meet the learning needs,promote the change of ideas and thinking,and have inspiration and help recognition(allP<0.05).Conclusion The competency-based teaching model based on the perspective of institutional integration has a good effect on clinical nursing teacher training,especially in improving assessment results,teaching ability and training recognition.
