镀锡板转炉炉后顶渣改质工艺优化

摘要 随着客户端对包装要求的不断提升,对镀锡板基板的洁净度提出了更高要求。基于镀锡板冶炼过程夹杂物与钢液、夹杂物与炉渣界面的特性,通过改变钢包顶渣的FeO、CaO、Al_(2)O_(3)含量,将Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物表面变性成含有少量MgO的Al_(2)O_(3)·MgO夹杂物,使得镀锡板RH精炼处理后钢液中夹杂物尺寸控制在≤20μm,大幅度提高了镀锡板产品的表面质量。 With the continuous improvement of packaging requirements by clients,higher requirements have been put forward for the cleanliness of tinplate substrates.Based on the characteristics of the interface between inclusions and molten steel,as well as between inclusions and slag during the smelting process of tinplate,the surface of Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions was modified to Al_(2)O_(3)·MgO inclusions containing a small amount of MgO by changing the FeO,CaO,and Al_(2)O_(3) content of the top slag of the ladle.This resulted in the size of inclusions in the molten steel after RH refining treatment of tinplate being controlled at≤20μm,greatly improving the surface quality of tinplate products.
