摘要
某炼钢厂对直上钢种的顶渣改质效果差、渣改质物料用量较大等原因进行分析,针对冶炼直上钢种顶渣改质工艺进行研究及工艺优化,采用了顶渣回收工艺,减少直上钢种加入的合金量,减少调渣时间、提高钢水质量,降低生产成本,同时也降低了工人劳动强度。
A certain steel plant conducted research and process optimization on the top slag modification of straight steel grades based on the analysis of the poor effect of top slag modification and the large amount of slag modification materials used.The top slag recovery process was adopted to reduce the amount of alloy added to straight steel grades,shorten slag adjustment time,improve steel quality,reduce production costs,improve quality,and reduce labor intensity for workers.
