摘要
探讨了合同结构对钢铁企业库存量的影响,采用数据仿真的方法深入分析了不同的合同结构对库存水平的综合作用。将合同结构定义为不同制造周期合同的比例,并考虑了合同到位的节奏、产线能力和库存限制条件,利用FlexSim软件构建仿真模型,模拟不同条件下的库存动态变化。结果表明:合同结构显著影响库存水平,通过设计合理的合同结构并优化到位节奏,可有效提高库存周转率,降低经营成本。
This paper explores the impact of contract structure on inventory levels in steel enterprises,and uses data simulation methods to deeply analyze the comprehensive effect of different contract structures on inventory levels.The contract structure is defined as the proportion of contracts with different manufacturing cycles,taking into account the rhythm of contract implementation,production line capacity,and inventory constraints.A simulation model is constructed using FlexSim software to simulate the dynamic changes in inventory under different conditions.The results indicate that contract structure significantly affects inventory levels,and reasonable contract structure design and timely rhythm optimization can effectively improve inventory turnover and reduce operating costs.
