摘要
[目的]优化装饰性三价铬电镀工艺,为实际生产提供可靠的技术支持。[方法]通过单因素实验,研究镀液组成和工艺参数对沉积速率和镀层白度的影响。[结果]三价铬电镀的较佳配方及工艺参数为:硫酸铬300 g/L,导电盐150 g/L,光亮剂10 mL/L,配位剂15 mL//L,电流密度3~5 A/dm^(2),温度55℃,pH 3.5~4.0。在该条件下,沉积速率为0.07~0.08μm/min,镀层白度在79.0~81.0之间,满足要求。[结论]通过优化镀液配方和电镀工艺参数,可以显著改善三价铬镀层的色泽。
[Objective]This study aims to optimize the decorative trivalent chromium electroplating process to provide reliable technical support for industrial production.[Method]Single-factor experiments were conducted to study the effects of bath composition and process parameters on deposition rate and coating whiteness.[Result]The bath composition and process parameters were optimized as follows:chromium sulfate 300 g/L,conducting salt 150 g/L,brightener 10 mL/L,complexing agent 15 mL/L,current density 3-5 A/dm^(2),temperature 55°C,and pH 3.5-4.0.The deposition rate reached 0.07-0.08μm/min under the optimized conditions,and the whiteness of the obtained Cr coating was within 79.0-81.0,meeting the requirements for decorative applications.[Conclusion]The color quality of trivalent chromium coating can be significantly improved by optimizing bath composition and process parameters.
