摘要
目的构建并实施“YOU&WE”护士第二受害者四级支持模式,以提升护士自我关怀能力和临床安全行为。方法通过文献检索与专家论证,结合对曾经历过患者安全事件护士的访谈,构建针对不同群体护士的四级支持模式。将2024年第二季度发生护理安全事件的护士作为试验组,第一季度护士为对照组,进行该模式应用效果比较分析。结果不良事件发生30天后,试验组在第二受害者经历与支持、睡眠质量、自我关怀能力及护士安全行为评价结果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“YOU&WE”护士第二受害者四级支持模式为护士在面对不良事件时的心理和生理健康提供了有效支持,也为医疗质量不良事件管理提供了实践路径。
Objective To construct and implement the"YOU&WE"four-tier support model for nurse second victims,aiming to enhance nurses'self-care abilities and clinical safety behaviors.Methods Through literature review,expert consultation,and interviews with nurses who had previously experienced patient safety incidents,a fourtier support model tailored for different groups of nurses was constructed.Nurses who experienced nursing safety incidents in the second quarter of 2024 were designated as the experimental group,while those in the first quarter served as the control group.A comparative study was conducted to evaluate the application effects of the support model.Results Thirty days after the occurrence of adverse events,the experimental group demonstrated significantly better outcomes than the control group in terms of second victim experiences and support,sleep quality,self-care abilities,and evaluation results of nurse safety behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion The"YOU&WE"four-tier support model for nurse second victims provides effective psychological and physiological support for nurses facing adverse events and offers a practical approach for managing adverse events in healthcare quality.
