摘要
目的构建适用于上海市的儿童安宁疗护协同转介服务模式,为儿童安宁疗护整合式发展提供参考。方法通过政策分析、半结构访谈,拟订“上海市儿童安宁疗护协同转介服务模式”初稿;采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家函询,确定上海市儿童安宁疗护协同转介服务模式。结果两轮函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,权威系数为0.857,肯德尔协调系数为0.183~0.275(P<0.01)。上海市儿童安宁疗护协同转介服务模式包括服务流程与内容、转介支持两个模块,包含12个一级条目30个二级条目。结论上海市儿童安宁疗护协同转介服务模式具有一定科学性和可靠性,可助力上海市儿童安宁疗护协同转介服务发展。
Objective To construct a collaborative referral service model for pediatric palliative care applicable to Shanghai,providing a reference for the integrated development of pediatric palliative care.Methods A preliminary draft of"the collaborative referral service model for pediatric palliative care in Shanghai"was initially formulated through policy analysis and semi-structured interviews.Two rounds of expert consultations using the Delphi method were conducted to finalize the model.Results The effective response rates for both rounds of the expert consultation questionnaires were 100%,with an authority coefficient of 0.857 and Kendall's coefficient of concordance ranging from 0.183 to 0.275(P<0.01).The collaborative referral service model for pediatric palliative care in Shanghai comprises two modules:service processes and content,and referral support,which are further subdivided into 12 primary items and 30 secondary items.Conclusion The collaborative referral service model for pediatric palliative care in Shanghai demonstrates a certain degree of scientificity and reliability,and can be utilized to promote the development of pediatric palliative care services in Shanghai.
