摘要
干式空心串联电抗器是高压并联电容器补偿装置中的重要设备,用来抑制开关操作涌流,降低谐波对并联电容器组的危害。使用工况要求电抗器长期稳定、安全可靠运行,但高温会加速电抗器本体及外部防护的绝缘系统老化,导致运行可靠性降低,因此要采取合理的设计控制温升。本文主要介绍了所研制的产品结构,特别是降低线圈和汇流排的损耗设计研究,同时利用磁场、温度场的仿真手段对如何规避该类电抗器在以往设计及生产过程中遇到的问题采取了有效措施,并进行试验验证,为大容量干式空心串联电抗器设计与制造提供参考。
Dry-type air-core series reactor is an important equipment of compensation device of high voltage shunt capacitor,and is used to supress switching operation inrush current and reduce the harm of harmonics to shunt capacitor banks.The operating conditions require the reactor to operate stably,safely and reliably for a long time.However,high temperature will accelerate the insulation aging of the reactor proper and external protection,leading to the decrease in operation reliability,therefore,reasonable design shall be adopted to control the temperature rise.In this paper the structure of the product is mainly introduced,with the design and research on reducing the loss of the coil and busbar in particular.At the same time,the simulation means of the magnetic filed and temperature field are used to take effective measures to avoid the problems encountered by the type of reactor in the previous design and production.Moreover,the test verification is performed so to provide reference for the design and manufacture of large-capacity dry-type air core series reactor.
