电气化铁路隧道内接触网槽道预埋新技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 隧道内接触网槽道传统预埋施工以二衬台车为基础,存在施工操作困难、定位精度难以控制以及施工效率不高等问题。本文提出一种不再依赖二衬台车进行接触网预埋槽道施工的新方法,即台车不开孔法施工技术,通过设计专门工装(弹性固定器)在二衬台车进入前完成预埋槽道的定位、接地等安装过程,借助弹性固定器使预埋槽道在混凝土灌注过程中紧贴二衬台车表面,实现良好的脱模效果。分析和应用表明,该方法能大幅提升槽道预埋精度和施工效率。 The traditional method for construction of OCS pre-embedded channel in the tunnel is based on the secondary lining trolley,which has problems such as difficulty in construction operation,difficulty in controlling positioning accuracy,and low construction efficiency.The paper puts forward a new method for the construction of OCS pre-embedded channels which will no longer rely on the secondary lining trolley,namely the trolley non-drilling construction technology.By designing specialized fixtures(elastic fixing apparatus),the positioning,grounding and other installation processes of the pre-embedded channels are completed before entry of the secondary lining trolley.With the help of elastic fixing apparatus,the pre-embedded channels are tightly attached to the surface of the secondary lining trolley during the concrete pouring process,achieving a good demolding effect.Analysis and application show that this method can significantly improve the accuracy of channel pre-embedding and construction efficiency.
