上跨既有电气化铁路的特大桥梁门式墩的承载式模板结构设计与施工关键技术分析 被引量:1

摘要 门式墩是一种在跨越既有铁路线路的大桥建设中广泛采用的桥墩结构,其施工技术对于确保铁路运输的连续性具有至关重要的作用。本文选取新建的防城港至东兴铁路沙潭江双线特大桥跨越既有钦防线的工程作为案例,探讨并设计一种专用于门式墩横梁浇筑的承载式模板。该设计旨在显著减少上跨铁路桥梁桥墩施工对既有线路运营的干扰时间。针对承载式模板的力学性能分析,通过构建有限元模型来深入评估结构的安全性,并详细阐述该施工方法的关键技术环节,以及归纳控制参数的计算依据,可以为相似工程项目的施工提供实践指导和经验借鉴。 The portal pier is a pier structure widely used in the construction of bridges across existing railway lines.Its construction technology plays a vital role in ensuring the continuity of railway transportation.This study selected the newly built Shatanjiang double-track super-large bridge of Fangchenggang-Dongxing Railway across the existing Qinfang Line as a case study,and explored and designed a load-bearing formwork dedicated to the rapid casting of portal pier crossbeams.The design aims to significantly reduce the interference time of the construction of bridge piers over the railway on the operation of the existing line.In order to analyze the mechanical properties of the load-bearing formwork,this study deeply evaluated the safety of the structure by constructing a finite element model,and elaborated in detail the key technical links of the construction method,as well as the calculation basis of the control parameters,which can provide practical guidance and experience for the construction of similar engineering projects.
