摘要
为识别机床结构的薄弱环节,推导了一般车削过程中相对振动的动柔度表达式,并针对KX63-1500数控车床,构建了其模态振型与加工稳定性之间的关联。通过对影响切削稳定性的关键相对动柔度曲线进行分析,确定了对切削稳定性影响显著的机床结构模态主要为第一阶、第二阶和第三阶模态。研究表明,机床结构的薄弱环节包括:卡盘与主轴前端连接处的刚度不足,刀盘、刀盘电机架、拖板以及床鞍整体与床身X向的连接刚度不足,以及床身在X方向和Y方向的刚度不足。
To identify the weak links in the structure of the machine tool,an expression for the dynamic flexibility of relative vibration during general turning processes is derived.And for the KX63-1500 CNC lathe,the correlation between its modal vibration modes and processing stability is established.Based on the analysis of the key relative dynamic flexibility curves that affect the cutting stability,it is determined that the main structural modes of the machine tool that significantly influence the cutting stability are the first,second and third order modes.The study indicates that the weak links of the machine structure include:insufficient stiffness of the joint between the chuck and the front end of the spindle,insufficient stiffness of the cutter head,the cutter head electric frame,the drag plate and the whole bed saddle with the bed in the X direction,and insufficient stiffness of the bed in the X direction and the Y direction.
