摘要
利用MASTA软件建立齿轮传动系统实体模型,并在MASTA环境下调用ANSYS软件完成齿轮传动系统刚度有限元分析,计算得到由齿轮时变啮合刚度引起的传动误差,以此作为齿轮箱体响应分析的激励源,利用ANSYS软件对箱体进行振动响应分析,分析了时变刚度对箱体振动响应的影响。本文所采用的方法,可用于实际工程中分析预估齿轮传动装置振动与噪声。
The solid model of gear transmission system is established by MASTA,and the finite element analysis of the gear transmission system stiffness is carried out by ANSYS packages under MASTA environment.As an excitation source of response analysis of the gear box,the transmission error(TE) caused by time-varying stiffness is calculated.The affect of time-varying stiffness to the vibration of the gear box is analyzed by ANSYS.This method can be used for analyzing and evaluating the vibration and noise of the gearbox.
