摘要
甜菜粕作为制糖工业的副产品,因其显著的成本效益和环境友好特性,成为提升反刍动物瘤胃功能的关键纤维资源。本文综述了甜菜粕作为动物饲料的应用状况、技术革新、发展前景、应用局限以及发展趋势。分析表明,甜菜粕应用范围正从反刍动物迅速扩展至猪、水产及禽类等多种畜禽养殖领域,显著提升了其作为低碳饲料原料的市场竞争力。生物发酵技术在提高甜菜粕蛋白含量、促进低聚糖释放、提高动物消化率方面具有显著优势,预计将在未来实现批量化应用;挤压技术作为一种较为成熟的技术,能够有效提高饲料消化和营养利用率,但关于其在甜菜粕饲料方面的应用研究尚显不足。本文旨在深入探讨甜菜粕在构建经济可行、资源节约、环境友好的可持续饲料体系中的综合潜力,为相关产业的方案优化(如饲料配方优化、原料替代方案)、技术创新(如加工工艺改进、提高适口性和利用率)提供理论依据与实践指导。
Beet pulp,a by-product of the sugar industry,has become an essential fiber source for improving the rumen function of ruminant animals,due to its significant cost-effectiveness and environmentally sustainable characteristics.This article examined recent applications,technological advancements,developmental prospects,application limitations,and trends concerning the utilization of beet pulp as animal feed.The analysis indicated a rapid expansion of its application from ruminants to various livestock and poultry sectors,including pigs,aquaculture,and poultry,thereby significantly enhancing its market competitiveness as a low-carbon feed ingredient.Biological fermentation technology presents notable advantages in augmenting beet pulp protein content,facilitating oligosaccharide release,and improving animal digestibility,with expectations for large-scale application in the future.Extrusion technology,as a relatively mature method,could effectively enhance feed digestibility and nutrient utilization.However,research on its specific application to beet pulp feed remained insufficient.This review aimed to comprehensively explore the overall potential of beet pulp in constructing economically viable,resource-efficient,and environmentally sustainable feed systems,providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimization in related industries(such as feed formulation optimization and raw material substitution schemes)and technological innovation(such as process improvement,and enhancing palatability and utilization).
