摘要
山东省临沂市面临秸秆污染治理与食用菌基质价格波动双重难题,本研究通过配方筛选与工艺整合,创新构建平菇“原料替代(辣椒或茄子秸秆替代50%玉米芯)+全程轻简化配套(自动翻料机拌料、机械装袋、层架式灭菌、液体及枝条菌种应用、出菇环(盖)封口、灭菌筐单层摆放发菌)+标准化出菇管理”技术体系。该技术体系有效实现了蔬菜(辣椒、茄子)秸秆的基质化利用,减少了秸秆的露天焚烧风险,降低了食用菌生产成本,以菌包干料1 kg/袋计算,袋均节本增收1.185元,推动了农业废弃物资源化利用与食用菌产业的协同发展。
Linyi city of Shandong province is confronted with dual challenges(the treatment of straw pollution and price fluctuations of edible-fungus substrates).Through optimizing formulations and integrating processes,an innovative technical system was established,which included raw material substitution(substituting 50%corn cobs with chili or eggplant straw),full-process simplification(automatic material mixing,mechanical bagging,tiered sterilization,application of liquid and branch strains,sealing of mushroom rings or caps,single-layer placement for spawn development)and standardized mushroom-fruiting management.This model effectively realized the substrate-based utilization of vegetable(chili pepper and eggplant)straws,reduced the risk of open-burning of straws,and cut down the production cost of edible fungi.Based on 1 kg/bag of dry material for mushroom bags,the average cost saving and income increased by 1.185 yuan per bag,promoting the coordinated development of resource-based utilization of agricultural waste and edible fungi production.
