摘要
为研究露地基质盆栽蓝莓在夏季果实采后不同修剪方式对其生长及产量的影响,选取2年生蓝莓品种‘珠宝’为研究对象,设计3种不同程度的修剪方式(轻度、中度、重度),测定修剪后蓝莓的生长、产量和品质指标。结果表明,修剪后120 d,中度修剪的整体效果最好,体积指数最高,为1.18 m^(3);最早进入现蕾期;中度修剪的平均单株产量为4580.83 g,较轻剪和重剪增加了16.54%和109.23%,大中果比例优于轻剪和重剪,一级枝果质量和单枝果数多于轻剪和重剪,呈显著差异;二级枝果质量和单枝果数多于重剪;其果实品质基础指标的干鲜比最低、固酸比最高,口感评价上等;经济效益达到126328元/667 m2,较轻剪和重剪的增加了16.90%和112.22%。综合分析,露地基质盆栽蓝莓采用中度修剪,即修剪量约为枝条总量的55%,蓝莓产量及经济效益好,可在实际生产中推广应用。
In order to study the impact of different pruning methods on their growth and yield after the harvest of open-field substrate potted blueberries,the 2-year-old blueberry variety‘jewelry’was selected as the research object,and three different degrees of pruning methods(mild,moderate,and severe)were designed for pruning,and the growth,yield and quality indicators of blueberries after pruning were measured.The results showed that after pruning,the overall effect of moderate pruning was the best,with the highest volume index,which was 1.18 m^(3),the earliest entered the bud stage,the average yield per plant was 4580.83 g,with 16.54%and 109.23%higher than that of mild shearing and severe shearing;the proportion of large and medium fruits was higher than that of mild shearing and severe shearing.The fruit weight per primary branch and fruit number per branch was more than that of mild shearing and severe shearing,showing significant differences;The quality of secondary branches and single branches were more than that of severe shearing;dry-to-fresh ratio was the lowest,SSC/TA ratio was the highest,and the taste was higher.The economic benefits reached 126328 yuan/667 m2,and the increase of mild shearing and severe shearing by 16.90%and 112.22%.Comprehensive analysis showed that open-ground base potted blueberries were pruned in moderate amounts,that was,the pruning amount was about 55%of the total number of branches.The blueberries had good yield and economic benefits,and could be promoted and applied in actual production.
