摘要
食品安全是民生之本。基层食品监督管理则是保障食品安全的第一道防线。当前,我国基层食品安全治理面临生产经营主体分散、监管力量薄弱、技术支撑不足等挑战。本文通过分析基层食品安全监管的现状,探讨监管体系中存在的核心问题,结合典型案例与数据支撑,提出优化基层监管体制、强化技术赋能、推动社会共治等对策建议,旨在为提升基层食品安全治理能力提供理论与实践参考。
Food safety is the foundation of people’s livelihood,and grassroots food supervision and management is thefirst line of defense to ensure food safety.At present,the food safety governance at the grassroots level in China is confronted with challenges such as the dispersion of production and operation entities,weak regulatory forces,and insufficient technical support.This article analyzes the current situation of food safety supervision at the grassroots level,explores the core issues existing in the supervision system,and combines typical cases and data support to put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as optimizing the grassroots supervision system,strengthening technological empowerment,and promoting social co-governance.The purpose is to provide theoretical and practical references for improving the ability of grassroots food safety governance.
