摘要
基于生态文明视角对安徽省土地生态安全问题展开研究,为促进土地资源高效利用及区域可持续发展提供决策参考。文章采用组合赋权-TOPSIS模型、空间自相关及地理探测器方法分析2010—2023年安徽省土地生态安全的时空格局演化特征及主导因子。结果显示:(1)2010—2023年土地生态安全水平总体处于不断提升的趋势,但仍处于较不安全级,空间上土地生态安全呈现“南高北低”的特征,黄山市土地生态安全水平最优。(2)土地生态安全空间自相关均呈“正相关”,黄山、池州和宣城三市的H-H值区聚集效应持续稳定。(3)当地人均水资源量、造林面积、耕地面积占总面积比重、第三产业占GDP比重是影响安徽省土地生态安全的主导因子。未来安徽省应统筹优化国土空间布局,强化生态修复与污染治理,推动绿色农业与生态补偿机制协同发展,全面提升生态安全水平。
This study examines land ecological security in Anhui Province from the perspective of ecological civilization.The study aims to provide references for decision-making that promote the efficient use of land resources and ensure the region’s sustainable development.The article uses a combined assignment-TOPSIS model,spatial autocorrelation,and geodetector methods to analyze the spatial and temporal patterns of land ecological security in Anhui Province and the dominant factors that influenced these patterns from 2010 to 2023.The results indicate the following:(1)the level of land ecological security improved continuously from 2010 to 2023,though it remains unsafe.The spatial distribution of land ecological security is“high in the south and low in the north,”with Huangshan City demonstrating the highest level.(2)the spatial autocorrelation of land ecological security is positively correlated,and the aggregation effect of high-high(H-H)value areas in Huangshan,Chizhou,and Xuancheng is stable.(3)Key factors influencing land ecological security in Anhui Province include local per capita water resources,afforestation area,the proportion of cultivated land to the total area,and the proportion of the tertiary industry to the gross domestic product(GDP).In the future,Anhui Province should optimize the spatial layout of land use,strengthen ecological restoration and pollution control,promote the development of green agriculture alongside an ecological compensation mechanism,and enhance land ecological security.
