摘要
本文基于核电厂安全分级及预防性维修策略优化技术分析,构建了一套“基于风险指引型技术的核电厂设备维修策略优化技术方法”,突破传统的安全分级在安全级但非安全重要设备与非安全级但安全重要设备的管理投入和风险识别等方面的局限性,以风险指引型安全分级清单识别为基础,结合运维数据分析、故障模式和影响分析,实现维修策略优化,并试点开展了案例应用和收益计算,分析结果证明,应用该技术方法能够实现基于风险指引型技术进行设备维修策略优化,助力核电机组运维安全性及经济性的提升。
Based on the analysis of safety classification and preventive maintenance strategy optimization technology for nuclear power plants,this article constructs a set of"risk guided technology based equipment maintenance strategy optimization technology methods",breaking through the limitations of traditional safety classification in terms of management investment and risk identification of safety level but non safety important equipment and non safety level but safety important equipment.Based on the identification of risk guided safety classification list,combined with operation and maintenance data analysis,fault mode and impact analysis,maintenance strategy optimization is achieved,and case applications and benefit calculations are piloted.The analysis results show that the application of this technology method can achieve equipment maintenance strategy optimization based on risk guided technology,and help improve the safety and economy of nuclear power unit operation and maintenance.
