陕西煤中氯的含量分布情况及赋存探究

摘要 煤中氯是煤中普遍存在的微量有害元素,煤燃烧过程中煤中氯元素会对燃烧设备造成腐蚀,也可能会对环境、人体造成一定损害。为了解陕西煤中氯元素含量分布及赋存情况,采取陕西省204家煤炭生产企业样品347批次,依照GB/T 3558—2014《煤中氯的测定方法》中艾士卡混合剂熔样-硫氰酸钾滴定法进行检测,通过对检测数据的分析统计,陕西煤中氯含量分布区间为0.002%~0.189%,平均0.041%;对陕西煤中氯与灰分、全硫、砷、氟、汞、磷的相关性进行统计分析表明,陕西煤中的氯元素含量较低,陕西煤中氯元素与灰分相关关系较为显著,与砷元素、氟元素相关关系较低,与汞元素、全硫不相关。 Chlorine in coal is a ubiquitous trace harmful element in coal.Chlorine in middling coal will cause corrosion to combustion equipment during coal combustion,and may also cause some damage to the environment and human body.In order to understand the distribution and occurrence of chlorine content in Shaanxi coal,347 batches of samples from 204 coal production enterprises in Shaanxi Province were taken and tested according to the method of melting samples of Escher mixture potassium thiocyanate titration in GB/T 3558-2014“Determination of Chlorine in Coal”.Through analysis and statistics of the test data,the distribution range of chlorine content in Shaanxi coal was 0.002%~0.189%,with an average value of 0.041%;Statistical analysis of the correlation between chlorine and ash content,total sulfur,arsenic,fluorine,mercury,and phosphorus in Shaanxi coal shows that the chlorine content in Shaanxi coal is relatively low.The correlation between chlorine element and ash content in Shaanxi coal is relatively significant,while the correlation with arsenic element and fluorine element is relatively low,and it is not related to mercury element and total sulfur element.
