摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者在围术期实施全期细节护理对其并发症发生率及疼痛程度的影响。方法 选取2022年6月至2024年6月于高安市人民医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗患者70例,根据护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全期细节护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]和不良情绪[医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分],统计两组术后恢复情况(肠道排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间)、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组护理后VAS评分以及HADS中的抑郁、焦虑评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组肠道排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 全期细节护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期患者,可降低其疼痛程度和不良情绪,促进术后康复,减少并发症发生,提高整体护理效果。
Objective To explore the influence of implementing full-period detailed nursing during the perioperative period on the incidence of complications and the degree of pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Seventy patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Gao'an People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received detailed nursing intervention throughout the entire period.The pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score]and negative emotions[Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)score]of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.The postoperative recovery conditions(intestinal exhaust time,defecation time,time to get out of bed for activities,hospital stay)and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The VAS score and the scores of depression and anxiety in HADS of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The intestinal exhaust time,defecation time,time to get out of bed for activities and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of full-period detailed nursing in patients during the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce their pain degree and negative emotions,promote postoperative recovery,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the overall nursing effect.
