摘要
目的 探讨香连化滞丸联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年12月赤峰市肿瘤医院收治的90例溃疡性结肠炎患者,用抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组予以柳氮磺吡啶,观察组采用香连化滞丸联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗。比较两组患者疗效、改良Mayo评分、炎症性肠病生活质量问卷(IBDQ)评分,且检测血清白细胞介素-23(IL-23)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)和基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)水平。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组便血、排便次数、医师临床评估、内镜下可见评分及改良Mayo总分降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组肠道症状、社会功能、心理状态、总体感觉评分及IBDQ总分升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清IL-23、TNF-α、HIF-1α、MCP-1、MMP-1水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组头痛、皮疹、嗜睡、呕吐发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 香连化滞丸联合柳氮磺吡啶对溃疡性结肠炎有较好的疗效,能明显降低病情活动性,有效改善生命质量,调节血清IL-23、TNF-α、HIF-1α、MCP-1和MMP-1水平,且安全性较好。
Objective To explore the effect of Xianglian Huazhi Pills combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Chifeng Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by lottery,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sulfasalazine,while the observation group was treated with Xianglian Huazhi Pills combined with sulfasalazine.The therapeutic effects,modified Mayo score and Inflammatory Bowel disease Quality of Life Questionnaire(IBDQ)score of the two groups of patients were compared.And the levels of serum interleukin-23(IL-23),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),and matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)were detected.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hematochezia,defecation frequency,physician's clinical assessment,endoscopic visible score and modified Mayo total score in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the intestinal symptoms,social function,psychological state,overall sensory score and total IBDQ score of both groups increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-23,TNF-α,HIF-1α,MCP-1 and MMP-1 in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of headache,rash,drowsiness and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xianglian Huazhi Pills combined with sulfasalazine has a good therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis,which can significantly reduce disease activity,effectively improve quality of life,regulate serum IL-23,TNF-α,HIF-1α,MCP-1 and MMP-1 levels,and is safe.
